Look, I'll level with you. You like shippy bullshit. I like shippy bullshit. I also like smutty bullshit, but that lives elsewhere. This is for hand-holding! Kissing! Being gross! All that good stuff.

Anyway, I'll toss up character toplevels and comments of like. What I want to play with them, I guess? And if you want to thread with them, please reply to the toplevel! That way I can edit the prefs.

Okay, stop me if you've heard this one before. Alien creatures are invading earth, one to a few at a time, and humanity has these giant robots to fight them- oh, that's like a whole genre?

Yeah, Olivia is a teenage mech pilot. Think like... one third Asuka, one third Shinji, one third high school bully? See, these mysterious robots called Robos show up and choose human partners to pilot them. And despite being the daughter of the head of the human military... Olivia wasn't chosen. So her overbearing father who pressured her into this position in the first place made her the pilot of the experimental man-made Robo named Hero Force One (points at her username!). Now she's trying to move out of her father's shadow and slowly realizing that the man and the ideals she's spent her entire life trying to live up to are flawed and maybe having positive relationships isn't so bad. There's supposedly going to be a netflix cartoon of this comic next year and I am already DREADING the olivia discourse.

She's pretty closed off and distant, if not cruel, to a lot of people, but is slowly warming up to the idea of caring about others, even if physical affection is still a little beyond her. She's very good at setting a goal and going for it, even to the exclusion of everything else. ... Especially to the exclusion of everything else. This is not the easiest teen mech pilot to love. She's still figuring out what that's like, because General Park certainly never gave his daughter much more than "train so you can get in the robot and win the war!"

General prefs:
- f/f only! unless, somehow, you play the protagonist of this incredibly poorly treated twelve-issue comic from like three or four years ago. I could get behind that.
- she's fifteen!
- like it'll be cute eventually but any early relationship stuff is gonna be Hella Slow-burn

Things I want to play:
- mech pilot genre romance! pilot/pilot, pilot/mechanic, pilot/civilian... whatever!
- kiss her after enough buildup and watch her just fucking die on the spot
- someone play sanchez and fucking kick her ass
