Okay, so like. Imagine if every time a video game glitched, it started to bleed into the real world and become dangerous. Miko's job as a technician for the company that makes these wildly dangerous video games is to go around and fix those glitches and wipe people's memories of the glitches! It's normal, her job is normal, Hinobi isn't shady at all.

Miko is deeply energetic and enthusiastic, has trouble focusing or doing one thing for too long and so tends to run off or do her own thing a lot (s/o to canon ADHD), and has a uh. Unique way of talking and carrying herself. I love her and you love her too.

General Prefs:
- Open to f/f or f/m, but I prefer f/f!
- Age range is probably 15-17, since she's 16 and all.
- Shipping is going to be Tough if your character doesn't like video games and isn't willing to learn, I will be real with you. Movies and cartoons are also her wheelhouse but like. That's the IC dealbreaker.
- High-energy! Not necessarily high maintenance, but like. The girl is spirited.

So okay, like. In the 80s there was this movie called The Karate Kid, and it whipped. Local good boy learns good boy karate, uses it to defeat evil bully karate, learns to believe in himself. All the movies are good. Yes, even the fourth one.

34 years later, through various circumstances, the evil bully karate place opens again! Tory is their mean rough-and-tumble karate girl - she does a lot of physical assault, really she and most of these kids should probably be in juvie - who's slowly becoming less mean by virtue of the life situation that led her to be mean in the first place kind of unraveling? But like genuinely she will look for excuses to beat up anyone who's mean to people she likes. Her love language is punching.

So one day a bunch of Disney executives, thinking nothing of the consequences for their actions, invented Descendants, a cute franchise of characters who are the kids of classic Disney characters and the worldbuilding isn't hiding a horrifying dystopia at all! Mal is the daughter of Maleficent and Hades, and she is the protagonist. This means they have to reset her awareness of how fucked up the world is every movie, but I don't! She's a nice kid who wants to do her best, but also has to clean up and fix the entire world her boyfriend's stupid parents broke? Very loyal to the people she cares about.

This is Entrapta, of course! A brilliant inventor and princess of the small mining kingdom of Dryl, Entrapta likes ROBOTS and ENTHUSIASTIC YELLING and USING COMPLICATED SCIENTIFIC TERMS AROUND LAYMEN. She spends a lot of canon being slightly morally grey because she cares more about information than she does about people, which leads her to support the bad guys for a while! Then she learns not.... to do that, and so.

She also fucked a spaceship like that feels important to note.

If somehow I have not conned you into Borderlands yet, this is Angel! She's a young woman with a horribly overbearing father and magical powers who has been locked in a computer for years and forced to manipulate a lot of people into doing bad things! One of those things being, eventually, killing her.

She's very sweet and kind, though, and occasionally in the neighborhood of deadpan, and deserves to have a nice time!!

[Cal ducks into the Meandering Jupiter's modest medical bay, a small sealed tray in her hands. She scoots around the medical equipment and settles onto a stool by the bed, popping open the tray.]

Glad to see you're up, you were in pretty bad shape when we pulled you out of that place. Like, dunno if you even remember it bad shape.

...oh, uh. We pulled you out of that weird chamber thing you were stuck in, by the way. Lots of explosions. But you should be okay now! Or at least better. Though, uh, that might be a low bar, I guess. But Jey's pretty good, for a doctor type.

[ It's pretty tricky to find a good match these days - especially for an introvert, isn't it? If you're not a party person, and you don't have the benefit of "a friend of a friend," shopping around for a nice young bachelor (and going on a date, assuming you can get that far) isn't such an easy task. Breaking in is hard, and small talk is harder - and let's not get started on all of the apps, and the games you have to play to get someone to swipe.

All that one way of saying, your girl's been having a rough go of it. If you were to ask about her love life, she would probably say something along the lines of It's not going too hot. That would be putting it mildly - right now, she might as well be on the North Pole, buried in the snow. Her romantic prospects are a couple of penguins and a married man with a big, white beard - and she's not about to be a homewrecker. But that doesn't stop the questions from relatives, every Sunday at the dinner table: When are you going to bring someone home with you? or Am I ever going to see grandchildren, Chitoge?

She's not one to put too much stock in urban legends; all too often, the schlock that her girl friends gossip about between classes are silly little myths, pulled from the back pages of cheeky magazines. But there was one little rumor that caught Chitoge's ear: apparently, a surefire way to meet your soulmate. All it takes is a thousand sheets of origami paper, and a lot of time on your hands.

Silly...but not so silly that it stopped Chitoge from buying a box of little colored squares for herself.

Truth be told, once you get into the rhythm, making tiny cranes can be fairly relaxing - as time goes on, the folds become habit, the creases take less focus. Chitoge's settled into something of a routine; for the past week and a half, now, she's been coming to the bake shop on campus when her classes let out, settling in at a table by herself (and a mocha frappé, with her name on it in bold Sharpie marker), and folding paper cranes in all different shades - red, pink, green, blue. At the start of the week, she left after an hour with a meager twelve cranes to her name. Now, she can push about forty out, in just around the same time. And she's got a long way to go, before she gets through all of the paper...but maybe by the time she hits 1,000, she'll find the person she's been looking for?

...Granted, she's not actually looking, so much as she is waiting, and hoping for a prince. Still, there's nothing wrong with that, is there..? ]

Who the fuck is this, Lyndon?:
Kira is the yellow ranger from Power Rangers Dino Thunder! So like she's a Good Kid, because to be a power ranger you gotta be a Good Kid, but unlike many power rangers being a Good Kid doesn't preclude her from being a snarky Cool Alternative Musician Girl. Falls in love like. Very easily, tho, rip.

MAJOR INFINITY TRAIN BOOK 3 SPOLIERS BUT this is Grace! For several years, she has been on a magical extradimensional train meant to force people into sorting out their shit through the power of ~algorithms~! After a childhood spent without friends except for dancing and negligent parents, the train picked Grace up intending to create situations that would give her the opportunity to face her flaws and insecurities and become a better person!

... The train's approach doesn't work for everyone.

Grace became worse, joining with another passenger named Simon and forming a cult of violent children, which was definitely not the intended response to the train. Believing that life on the train was better than real life because there were no consequences involved and every non-passenger on the train is an artificial construct with no feelings, the Apex did a lot of violence and devoted their time to trying very hard to never leave the train! Then, long story short, she did a character development and realized that the Apex was wrong. Then she watched her #1 twitch sub get stickbugged so hard he turned to dust and she immediately dissolved her cult!

Grace is charming, personable, and, well, graceful! This manifests very differently depending on her canonpoint. During Apex Times she's manipulative, using those traits to talk people into doing things for her and controlling them. Post Apex Times, however, she's trying very hard to be a better person and reckon with all the stuff she did.

- she's 18 so keep that in mind with partners same as everyone else on this cmo

Things I want to play:

Who the fuck is this, Lyndon: Kiya is an alien teen who woke up one day with superpowers, accidentally killed her whole family with them, and was scouted by the Power Rangers after her entire town tried to kill her as a witch. She's got a lot going on. Then she became a villain for reasons that made sense for about five seconds before the writing on her went to absolute shit. She's tough, smart, and dedicated!

General Prefs:
- probably just f/f i think she's funniest as a stupid gay alien
- age range late teens! i play her as 18, so 16-20 is probably a solid range.

Alison Clodfelter Barlow is the raddest, coolest, most video-store-savingest girl in her whole county! Which is to say she's a teen from the 90s from a small midwest town whose mom owes a lot of money to the mob against the family video rental store. So, because she loves the store and working there so much, she takes a stranger up on joining him for a heist pickpocketing and scamming their way to I Can't Believe It's Not Las Vegas to make a big score and steal the money to pay back the mob! So you know, the normal nineties teenager experience.

Prefs:
- f/f only! she's a big ol lesbian.
- 16-19 or so age range, she's 17
- Talk to her about movies and mtv please she's starving look at her she's never been fed
- By the end of the game she is no longer Thieving but like. She is absolutely the type to use those skills to try to impress girls. Jury is out on if it will literally ever work.

- Slice of life 90s bullshit. Would def prefer to keep the time period the same as the game, or at least close. She could slot into the 80s p easily too.
- On the other end truly I think some Connecticut Clark And Malfina bullshit would be funny. Dramatic anime mech pilot or marvel superhero or something and... a small-town video store clerk who had a really wild weekend once.

This is Sam! Sam is a character from the greater [CREATOR NAME REDACTED] universe, who I just think is neat. I'm going to kick even this off by saying Fuck The Guy Who Wrote These Shows.

Sam has had an eventful life! Her whole family is full of criminals, her mom is borderline abusive, and she somehow stumbled into massive internet stardom of all things. A bunch of wacky weekly shenanigans followed, until she left internet stardom behind and moved to Los Angeles! There she ended up roommates and co-owners of a babysitting business for some reason with Cat Valentine, a student at a local arts high school!

Sam is rude, crude, and prone to selfishness. By the time of Sam and Cat she isn't super physically violent, really, just... lazy? But she's very loyal to the people she cares about, and also literally beats multiple trained MMA fighters to support her friends, so. That's development, baby.

Rosalyn was, until recently-ish, the queen of a magical forest! She had a number of loyal subjects, the goblins, and she had a vast kingdom! Then she dated the wrong guy and he magically usurped her and is going to use her kingdom's magic to turbofuck the world with evil. lol. lmao.

Rosalyn is a loner who spends most of her time deep in the woods protecting and healing animals. She has... not the highest patience in the world for people who waste her time, and can be a little Angy! ... But that's mostly on circumstances. She's actually really kind and caring and devoted, once you get to know her. And maybe get past the uh rocky state of her ability to trust people that her last relationship left her in.

She is not a lego in terms of her body composition at all, even less so than the other legos I play.

- uhhhhh she is an elf! there's a pretty wide age range i'm down with! realistically she is in the elf version of her late 20s/early 30s or so.

This is April! She's a Lumberjane (think girl scouts/summer camp, but coexisting with a bunch of magical creatures and such in the woods) and a v good girl. Her interests include arts and crafts, adventure, trying to get every single Lumberjanes badge, and mermaids. Especially the multiple mermaids she has canonically met. She's high-spirited, she's enthusiastic, and she's incredibly stubborn! Here she is in one image.

She also has the upper body strength to break the arm off a marble statue. This is never explained.

Okay, stop me if you've heard this one before. Alien creatures are invading earth, one to a few at a time, and humanity has these giant robots to fight them- oh, that's like a whole genre?

Yeah, Olivia is a teenage mech pilot. Think like... one third Asuka, one third Shinji, one third high school bully? See, these mysterious robots called Robos show up and choose human partners to pilot them. And despite being the daughter of the head of the human military... Olivia wasn't chosen. So her overbearing father who pressured her into this position in the first place made her the pilot of the experimental man-made Robo named Hero Force One (points at her username!). Now she's trying to move out of her father's shadow and slowly realizing that the man and the ideals she's spent her entire life trying to live up to are flawed and maybe having positive relationships isn't so bad. There's supposedly going to be a netflix cartoon of this comic next year and I am already DREADING the olivia discourse.

She's pretty closed off and distant, if not cruel, to a lot of people, but is slowly warming up to the idea of caring about others, even if physical affection is still a little beyond her. She's very good at setting a goal and going for it, even to the exclusion of everything else. ... Especially to the exclusion of everything else. This is not the easiest teen mech pilot to love. She's still figuring out what that's like, because General Park certainly never gave his daughter much more than "train so you can get in the robot and win the war!"
