Good unnecessarily aggressive question, hypothetical person! Basically, do you remember that "Give me one of your characters and I'll match them with one of mine" Plurk meme?

"I'm a strawman you invented for this post why would I-"

ANYWAY, this post is like that, because I love that meme a lot and have way too many characters by far. So here is how this is gonna work, basically!

1. You leave a comment with a character journal you want matched up!

It's important that in this comment you include if you want f/f, f/m, m/m (I have like two or three workable dude muses as a warning right upfront), or are open to whatever, as well as what kinds of characters you think might ship well with yours, and like... a quick summary of their personality for me! Also specify if you're here for smut or not or if you want assumed cr or a particular relationship stage or... whatever other information you want to put in. Age range, certain characters/canons you definitely don't want, whatever! I wanna stretch out some of my lesser-used journals here, though, so no specific character requests!

2. I will reply with an offer!

You are obviously free to veto or respond or whatever, but I'll run through my muselist (or inevitably for someone make a whole damn new account) and find someone and reply with an ooc hashing-things-out comment. If it works, reply with a starter or an affirmation if you want me to start!

3. WATCH THAT MAGIC HAPPEN or potentially watch this idea crash and burn

I think I might have misspoken. My goal is to make your system heal itself. [For a long moment, Angel simply stared at the woman, considering everything she had said. It seemed like a bad idea, agreeing with this strange woman. She said she knew the Vault Hunters, but without them there to confirm it, all she had to go on was Phoebe's word alone.]

[But then, strangers weren't ever the ones to hurt her, not really. There was always a chance that she might have been hired by Jack, another scientist to help poke at Angel and see what answers came out. But thus far, strangers had been the ones who had been far kinder to the woman.]

[It was a group of people whom she didn't really know that had saved her, after all.]

[In truth, Angel wasn't hungry, hadn't been for longer than she could remember. Eridium was good at keeping her nourished, or at least keeping her alive. That didn't mean she didn't want to eat, however.]

[She settled back against a pillow for the time being, taking the time to study Phoebe. Her mind was still whirling, but with the bulk of information gathering out of the way, she had time now to try to make sense of it all on her own.]

[How did Allie end up in a relationship? And with another girl? She still wonders that, even though she and Amy have been casually going out for...about two months now. It'd been a surprise to everyone, especially her, after her...very intense feelings for Ray.

But this feels strangely right, and her friends are absolutely supportive of the whole thing. ...With some teasing, a healthy amount of teasing in some cases and an utterly unreasonable amount in others Alakshmi. These are the thoughts going through Allie's mind as she's waiting on Amy at a little cafe, swirling sugar into her...beverage of some kind, it says it's coffee but she totally does not think that's the case, it tastes more like some kind of milkshake. She hasn't been waiting long, but...long's a little hard to gauge anyway. Allie's kind of realizing with all the running out she has to do, she tends to give others (especially Amy) the benefit of the doubt in terms of being late? Amy never really asks her about her "busy schedule" so she has to be just as supportive, right? She wants to, despite some wonders, but-

But "there's a class at the dojo" can only work so many times and she's starting to run out of other viable excuses.

Amy ends up running half of the way to the cafe, and by the time she gets there she's short on breath and oh no there she is, she's been waiting, crap crap crap. She might not be in the position of having friends to tease her about this dating thing, but Amy takes it all very seriously. So she tries to... casually walk in and sit on down at the table, but uh. Amy is clearly short on breath and trying to balance herself again, there's no hiding it. ]

Hi, I'm so sorry, I just... you ever run into a problem that seems like it just turns into five problems once you start working on it? How long did I end up keeping you waiting...?

She lets the young woman pass her by again without saying anything but on the fifth pass is when Yuuri finally calls out to her. ]
